- Access to the festival grounds, any of its activities, or viewing of any of the shows is prohibited without a ticket for the festival.
- Gates open at 3:00 PM on Friday, June 27th, and 12 noon on Saturday, June 28th and Sunday, June 29th.

- The vast majority of food and beverage vendors are going CASHLESS, please come prepared.
- The Sonoma County Fairground is a smoke-free campus, Sonoma County ordinances 5974 and 5953. During Country Summer we provide limited designated smoking areas.
- All persons entering the venue are subject to search.
- There is no re-entry and a standard “no refund” policy.
- A variety of food and beverage options are available throughout the day to fit any diet. Alcohol sales are restricted to patrons 21 and older.
- By entering the venue, you agree that you are entering an area that will be recorded and filmed. You agree that your image and likeness may be used in perpetuity by Country Summer Music Festival and its producers and partners.
- Children three and under are free with a ticketed adult.
- You may bring in one sealed water bottle or an empty “soft-sided” bottle to fill inside the venue, but it cannot be larger than 32 ounces. In partnership with Kaiser Permanente, on-site water stations will be available to all guests.
- Small, camping style chairs are permitted in the General Admission area ONLY. Please note, depending on capacity restraints, we may restrict the placement of chairs within certain sections of the General Admission area.
- A “clear bag” policy will be in effect. Please find detailed information on the next tab over labeled “CLEAR BAG POLICY.” There will be an express line through security at the Main Gate for patrons with no bags.
- In addition to our VIP Parking, General Parking will be available at the Fairgrounds for $20/car.

Following are the basics concerning the Clear Bag Policy:
- These bags will be permitted inside the festival grounds:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12″x6″x12″.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags.
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″.
- Bags that contain necessary medical items, which must be inspected and approved at a designated gate.
- Each ticket holder is allowed one large clear bag such as a one-gallon Ziploc style bag or clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag that does not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″, plus a small clutch purse.
- Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, cinch bags, fanny packs that are not clear and/or exceed the size restriction, luggage, computer bags/cases, camera bags/cases, binocular bags/cases, or any bag larger than the permissible size.

What is the minimum age to attend?
All ages welcome.

What are the entry requirements for guests?
The following conditions are for guests entering the venue:
All guests must have an official BOTB wristband worn on their wrist.
All guests and their belongings are subject to search.
Any prohibited item that is surrendered to security at search points will not be returned.
Allowed and prohibited lists are subject to change.
No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed in or around the venue.
BOTB and private security personnel at the entrances reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and non-allowed items.
Do kids get in free?

What time does BOTB start each day?
Parking Gates open at 8 AM each day. We are developing a line-up for our Tailgate Parties which will have 3 artists each day starting a 9 AM and ending at 12.30 PM, check our social media or Highlights page on this website for the line-up announcement. The primary festival grounds gates will open at 12:45 each day. Lineup, set times, festival hours and venue hours are subject to change.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes. But hopefully you remembered to bring everything you need.
Is there parking at the festival?
Plenty of parking, which can be purchased on this website. We have 2 VIP lots and a General Parking lot which are all pretty close to the festival grounds. All passes are 2 days. We suggest you come early and enjoy some of the events we will have going on at Lamar Dixon before the festival starts to avoid heavy traffic times.
Is BOTB a cashless event?
Yes, BOTB is a cashless festival.

Can I bring a bag/backpack?

Reasonably priced delicious food and drinks will be available on site. More information about the food vendors and options will be released prior to the festival. No outside food or beverages are allowed.

Tent/Car & RV Camper Information
General Information:
- This is a new section that we are adding to our RV Lots for guests who would like to Car and/or Tent Camp at Country Summer!
- The cost per campsite is $165 for up to four nights (Thursday-Monday). This includes one vehicle.
- Additional vehicle parking is permitted outside of the campsite area. The cost per additional vehicle is $45.
- The campsites are in Lot D, across a public street from the festival area.
- Site spaces are 20’ x 20’ with no electrical, water, or sewer amenities.
- A maximum of 6 people is allowed per campsite, and all guests must have festival tickets.
Plan your stay:
- All vehicles entering the RV lots must provide proof of valid, current vehicle insurance.
- All Camping & RV Park guests must show proof of a festival ticket or 3-day wristband to enter the camping area.
- Each camping spot allows one vehicle to be parked in the assigned space. Additional cars can park in the vehicle parking lot adjacent to the camping area. Extra vehicles must pay the parking permit fee and have the parking permit displayed in the vehicle’s front window.
- A maximum of six (6) people will be allowed per campsite, and there can be no changes for these designated guests once the campsite is checked in.
- All belongings must fit into the designated campsites of 20’x20’.
- Campers may bring bikes, but bikes will not be allowed in the festival area.
- The following items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the camping area: fireworks, weapons, flammables, offensive flags, insignias, or decorations.
Campground Location:
The campground is south of the main fairgrounds facility, off Aston Street in Lot D. To access it from Hwy 12, turn south on Brookwood Avenue and drive along the fairgrounds. At the stop sign, turn right on Aston Street. Within a few 100 feet, you will take a hard left onto Linwood Avenue, and the campground entrance will be to your right.
Country Summer Campground Check-In:
- Check-in begins as early as Thursday, June 26th, from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Check-in resumes on Friday, June 27th, from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- All campers must be checked in by 8 p.m. Friday, June 27th.
When you arrive:
Report to the Camping Host, and they will confirm your location and provide you with vehicle passes and festival wristbands. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
During your stay:
- There is an enforced speed limit maximum of 5 MPH. Drivers must obey all traffic signs and operate their vehicles according to posted regulations and applicable Federal, State, and local laws.
- The Camp Host and the RV Park Manager are on-site to enforce the Rules and Regulations of the Sonoma County Event Center Camping & RV Park. Anyone violating these rules will have his or her privileges revoked and removed from the RV lot. Event Center Administration will have the final say in all disputes. There will be no refunds of camping fees or festival tickets if evicted from the facility.
- Security will be onsite and, at their discretion, may search your vehicle and campsite. You must leave the facility immediately if you deny security or law enforcement access to your car or campsite.
- RV sites must be kept clean, with all personal belongings stowed away. Campsites have no power or water, and at no time can an electrical cord be used to run power from another location within the park.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed outside of your camping space.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. No loud talking or partying. Please be considerate of others. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
- All grey water must be contained and disposed of in the bathroom located in the park area. Do not dump gray water on the ground.
- Recycle, compost, and trash dumpsters in the camping area will be provided.
- The Camping & RV Park is equipped with brick-and-mortar bathrooms with showers. Additional porta-potties will also be available in the area.
Fires, BBQing:
Fully contained barbecue grills and camping stoves are permitted, but no open fires are allowed, even if included in a fire pit.
Dogs & Other Pets:
Except for service dogs, pets are not permitted in the camping area. Regarding service dogs, we suggest leaving your pooch home because of the possibility of warm days and long festival hours. If you bring your service dog, it must always be under your control on a leash no longer than 6’ (six foot).
Check-Out:
- All cars must clear the venue by 10 a.m. on Monday, June 30th.
- Your campsite must be thoroughly cleaned when you leave the facility.
